Penguin Finance will be airdropping free tokens to the Nests in June!
What is the Nest Airdrop?
We’re planning on airdropping a significant amount of PEFI into the nests, with thorough care regarding inflation and token value. Instead of minting PEFI and giving it away to 1000s of wallets who may or may not be interested in the token, we have designed the ultimate airdrop model that will not only reward current investors but also attract a huge influx of users into the Penguin Nest. Our Nests give access to exclusive dApps and offer APYs with IL protection, which make them incredibly attractive for new and long-term investors.
Why is it counter inflationary?
This airdrop will only be distributed to our most committed investors and Penguins that believe in the long-term value proposition of the project. In order to achieve this, distribution of PEFI will be given directly to the Nest which means everyone will see their wealth increase without even having to claim the airdrop. Given that recipients will already have their funds staked, this coupled with the Paper Hands Penalty will counteract sell pressure.
How to participate
To participate, you simply have to be staking in our Nests! You still have time to participate if you’re reading this article. There is no need to claim the airdrop, the value of your xPEFI will simply increase dramatically as a result of the increased PEFI sent to the nest. When is the airdrop?
The exact date and time of this airdrop will not be disclosed, so make sure you start staking as soon as possible! All we can say is it will happen in June and the exchange rate of xPEFI to PEFI will be higher.
